Man faces trespassing charges following police caution

After police cautioned the male about his behaviour, he allegedly in front of officers, continued to go into driveways and check for unlocked vehicles

On April 14, 2018 at approximately 12:10 a.m., Guelph police were called to the area of Willow Road and Bagot Street, where there was a report of a male checking for unlocked cars. The male was located and allegedly cautioned about his behaviour.

After the caution, the male, allegedly in front of officers, continued to go into driveways and check for unlocked vehicles. The male was immediately arrested for attempt theft, trespass by night and two counts of breaching his probation.

Yohans Medhani, a 28-year-old Guelph male, was held for a bail hearing that occurred in the morning hours of April 14.
