With concerns for his well-being, police are asking for the public's help in locating Charles Rudd.
The 58-year-old was last seen Wednesday at Guelph General Hospital.
He is described as 5' 10" tall and weighing about 150 lbs, with unkempt hair.
Anyone with information about Rudd's whereabouts is asked to call 519-824-1212.
