PUSLINCH – Police have identified the deceased in relation to a sudden death investigation in Puslinch.
On Sept. 8, 2023, the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit, under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), began an investigation into a sudden death after a deceased individual was discovered in a blue sedan along Wellington Road 34.
The deceased has been identified as Juan David ESCOBAR ORTIZ, 32 years old of Kitchener.
Investigators continue to ask anyone with dashcam video from the area or any information related to this investigation, to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
