Police search for suspect after victim threatened with knife

On May 3, 2020 at 9:25 p.m., the Guelph Police Service was notified that an unknown adult male walked up the driveway of a residence located near the intersection of Fife Road and Elmira Road South in the City of Guelph, and confronted an adult male resident. He demanded the resident call him a taxi, the resident asked him to leave, and the male proceeded to pull out a knife and yell obscenities before fleeing on foot.

Police attended the scene but were unable to locate the male.

The male is described as:
    •    Caucasian
    •    Bald
    •    Wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and a bandana
    •    Holding a knife with a 6-7 inch blade
