Two separate collisions send three to hospital

Three people were taken to hospital following two separate collisions minutes apart Tuesday.

Just after 11 a.m. Guelph police were called to a two-vehicle collision on Gordon Street at Lowes Road. Two people from one of the vehicles were transported to hospital by ambulance complaining of chest pain, while one of them also had a hand injury.

Approximately 20 minutes later, police were called to a two-vehicle collision in a downtown parking lot. Again one of the drivers was complaining of chest pain and was taken to hospital by a relative. None of the injuries are believed to be serious.
