The Guelph Police Service is investigating after a male was assaulted outside a downtown business early Saturday.
Just after 2 a.m. officers were called to a disturbance on Macdonell Street and found a male lying on the ground bleeding from his head and mouth. The suspects had fled.
Police reviewed video which showed the victim falling to the ground and then being punched and kicked. The suspects were described as a white male in a light-coloured sweater and a black male in a black puffy coat. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment.
