Guelph police say that on June 14 a woman failed to appear in court in regards to the following criminal charges:
- Three counts of break, enter and commit indictable offence
- Theft over $5,000
- Four counts of possession of break-in Instruments
- Mischief under $5,000
- Two counts of break and enter a dwelling house
- Six counts of breach probation
On Friday at 4:30 a.m., she attended to a residential building located downtown and allegedly forced open the rear door of the building with a tool and proceeded to the parking garage.
On Tuesday just prior to 1 a.m., police found the woman in the parking lot of a commercial plaza located near the intersection of Silvercreek and Willow. She was subsequently arrested.
A search incident to arrest revealed six different break and enter tools, and a small quantity of fentanyl.
A 38-year-old Guelph woman has been additionally charged with:
- Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence
- Possession of break-in instruments
- Possession of a controlled substance
- Two counts breach probation
- Two counts of fail to comply with release order
- Fail to attend court
She was held for a bail hearing.
