On March 25, 2019 at 8:22 p.m., Guelph Police went to Wellington Street West and Edinburgh Road South for the report of a collision. Investigation determined that a cyclist entered the intersection and struck a car. Minor damage was caused and the cyclist was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The 16-year-old male cyclist has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
