Adopt Me: Winston's ready for a warm, dry home (adopted)

He was found swimming in the Speed River
Winston (1)

GuelphToday, in partnership with the Guelph Humane Society, brings you this feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

*************************

Meet Winston! Winston came to GHS as a stray when he was saved after swimming across Speed River! Now safe and sound, he’s affectionately known as Winston “Phelps."

Winston has decided to leave his swimming career and would prefer a dry, warm home where he can stay inside and enjoy his well-earned relaxation. Winston loves head rubs, and will rub up against your hand for them.

He’s very sweet, extremely good looking, and loves his food – if you’re the one feeding him, you’ll quickly be his new favourite person!

Head over to 500 Wellington St.W. to meet WINSTON or contact GHS at 519-824-3091 for more information.

You can also visit his and other adorable profiles online at https://guelphhumane.ca/adopt/availableanimals/!
