10 of 13 schools with COVID cases are in rural Wellington County

No school has been closed because of cases, five classrooms are closed with three to be determined

There are currently 13 schools in Guelph and Wellington County that have at least one case of COVID confirmed, with 10 of those schools being outside of Guelph.

Guelph Lake Public School joins Westminster Woods Public School and St. Joseph Catholic School as the Guelph schools each with one confirmed case.

Outside Guelph, there are three confirmed cases at Minto-Clifford Public School (Harriston), two at Centennial Hylands (Shelburne) and Centre Dufferin High School (Shelburne), and one each at Victoria Cross (Mount Forest), Montgomery VIllage (Orangeville), Glenbrook (Shelburne), Wellington Heights (Mount Forest), Grand Valley and District Elementary School, St. Joseph (Fergus) and St. John (Arthur).

No schools are closed. Five classes are closed and three cases are to be determined whether classes will be closed.
