Guelph General’s doctors, nurses and countless other staff have been taking every possible step in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital is now asking all members of the community to donate to the COVID-19 Critical Response Fund.

Suzanne Bone, the Foundation’s CEO stated “This is an unprecedented situation and the support of our community is needed more than ever before to make sure Guelph General Hospital can quickly respond to all emerging needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The COVID-19 Critical Response Fund will be used to ensure the Hospital’s medical team has the essential lifesaving equipment, technology and supports they need to provide the best possible care and safety for all patients – and themselves.

The Foundation advises the best way to make a donation to the COVID-19 Critical Response fund is through their website www.gghfoundation.ca. Currently, the Foundation is not accepting in-person donations at their office, but those not able to donate online can call in their donation by phone: 519-837-6422. Donations can also be sent through mail with cheques made payable to The Foundation of GGH, 115 Delhi Street, Guelph ON, N1E 4J4 and referencing the COVID-19 Critical Response Fund.
