GuelphToday received the following Letter to the Editor from reader Peter Noble in regards to the new library in Guelph.

The new library is unnecessary and financially wasteful. The branch system provides great access locally, and a new big central library will likely be the demise of that. Refit the current library, or lose most of your readers.
