Dear editor
I have worked at Norfolk Manor for over 21 years as dietary manger. I am so disappointed with your article that you posted Thursday.
The Ing family has served this community for over 43 years. The compassion and loyalty and professionalism that the Ings and the staff have provided for this community for over 43 years was not mentioned. No one will know the sacrifice and heartbreaking three years of what COVID did to us mentally or physically.
The residents are part of our extended family.
Norfolk Manor has been a big part of my life the whole Ing family – Patricia, David, Lynda, Madison, Jasmin Courtney and Lisa Brooks Hipgrave – our incredible family and should be recognized for what they have done for this community.
