Robert Munsch is used to putting smiles on the faces of children.
But it went a little further of that in November when Munsch responded to letters of gratitude from a Palmerston Public School Grade 3/4 class by sending them their own story, The Cowardly Dinosaur, in which characters were named after the students.
The book is about a dinosaur who is encouraged to be brave by a group of children.
“They were super pumped, it was fantastic, they were so excited and they really felt sort of famous,” teacher Marian Stroeder said.
