Congratulations to Michel Noel of Guelph after winning a $333,333.40 MaxMillions prize in the Nov. 30, 2018 Lotto Max draw.

“I enjoy playing Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 – when the jackpot’s big, I buy a ticket,” laughed Michel, 56, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “This is my first big win!”

Michel, a civil engineer, validated his ticket at the retailer and was in disbelief after discovering his windfall. “I couldn’t believe it!” he smiled.

The father of two plans on paying bills and investing.

“I don’t know how I feel – I haven’t really digested it yet,” he concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at Globe Mags and Cigars on William Street in Ottawa.
