Sweltering temperatures kept the crowds a little smaller than normal Sunday at Riverside Park for the annual Canada Day activities.
The traditional food, midway, children's activities, free train and carousel rides and entertainment on the main stage were all there again this year.
Thirty new Canadians were sworn in during the citizenship ceremony and the night was capped off with a big fireworks display.
