Aberfoyle Fall Fair returns this weekend

Friday night features wrestling and Saturday has events all day long

ABERFOYLE – Puslinch will be getting into the fall spirit this weekend with the Aberfoyle Agricultural Society’s annual fair.

The 181st Aberfoyle Fall Fair runs Friday evening and all day Saturday at the Puslinch Community Park on Brock Road. 

Friday will have exhibits received from noon until 4:30 p.m. with the hall and blue barn closed for judging. 

The bouncy castles and game asylum will be on the back field from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. There is also a wrestling show put on by Independent Pro Wrestling at the baseball diamond starting at 7 p.m. with attendees asked to bring a chair. 

Cost is $10 for adults and children under 12 are free. 

Saturday features events from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. including:

  • Sheep show and judging
  • Horses
  • Children’s races
  • Various displays
  • Face painting
  • Martial arts demo
  • Games
  • Wild Birds Ontario demo
  • Loonie in the Straw
  • Live auction
  • Balloon artist
  • Farm games
  • ATV pull
  • Vendors

Cost on Saturday is $15 for adults and $5 for a child’s wristband which permits all activities. 

There is no electronic payment on the grounds and attendees are asked to bring cash. An ATM is available at the farmers’ market until 3 p.m.
