On February 2, 2016, the Guelph Police went to a St. Arnaud Street residence to investigate a break and enter.

The culprit(s) entered sometime overnight and stole a bike from the unlocked utility room.

A call on February 1, to this same residence had the resident seeing a man leaving that room.

He was described as white, in his forties, brown/grey short hair and unshaven.

It is unknown if these two incidents are related.
