CENTRE WELLINGTON – Local residents have put their scarecrow and Halloween decorating skills to the test by entering into the Walk & Gawk Scarecrow Tour & Challenge.
There are 24 entries that span across Centre Wellington involved in this contest.
Each entry has a numbered sign and spectators can pick their winner by emailing [email protected] and indicating the displayed number.
Those with the most votes will receive prizes donated by local businesses.
