Area of construction on Clair Road East
The City is working with J.G. Goetz Construction to:

Remove asphalt
-
Install a water service
-
Repave the road.
All work will take place on City property.
Construction is expected to start on or about July 11, and continue for approximately three days, weather permitting.
Lane reductions
There will be a lane reduction but two-way traffic will be maintained weekdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., for the duration of the work.
Some noise from equipment movement is expected. The contractor will make every effort to minimize this noise.
Property access and parking
No driveways or parking spots will be affected by the construction.
Pedestrian access
Pedestrian access will be maintained on the south side of the road.
City services
There will be no interruption to any City services during construction. Waste collection will not be affected.
Please continue to place your green, blue and grey carts at the curb, as per your regular schedule.
