The Hanlon Creek Business Park continues to take shape, as city council formalizes a plan to sell 4.27 acres of vacant property there.

Council agreed to sell 30 Bett Crt. to a numbered Ontario company on Monday evening in a deal worth $1.66 million.

The sale has not yet closed, but the mayor and city solicitor have been given the go-ahead to seal the deal.

Proceeds of the land sales are to be transferred to the city’s industrial land reserve.
