At 10:28 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019, a vehicle was discovered on fire, parked in the downtown area of Guelph. The vehicle is described as a 2014 Mazda 3.
The person suspected of the crime is described as a white male in his 20s and was wearing a dark hoodie.
