Update: Wellington OPP media officer Joshua Cunningham confirmed there was a two-vehicle collision investigation at the intersection on Wednesday but is considered to be a relatively minor collision with only minor injuries reported.
Details are sparse, but multiple emergency responders are at the scene for an unspecified investigation on Highway 6.
Wellington OPP have Wellington Road 22, east of Highway 6, closed to traffic. Centre Wellington Fire and Rescue were also present on the scene.
Traffic heading through the intersection of Highway 6, Eight Line and Wellington Road 22 is slow.
