GUELPH, ON – For the convenience of customers, Guelph Hydro Electric Systems Inc. is extending its call centre hours for the summer. Customers who are moving or who have questions about their Guelph Hydro bill or services can call 519-822-3010 to speak with a representative from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Outside of business hours, customers can open or close accounts online. Customers can also contact Guelph Hydro by email at [email protected]. Emails received after business hours will be responded to during the next business day.
Customers registered for MyEnergy View accounts online can view or print bills, review their hourly, daily or monthly electricity consumption, and select billing and payment options that suit their lifestyle at any time, day or night.

For this reason, we are extending our hours to from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. over the summer as a pilot project. We will evaluate the project at the end of the summer to determine whether we should extend our hours to 6 p.m. year-round.”
