Happy Noon Year! (10 photos)

Guelph Public Library event lets the little ones celebrate the New Year a little earlier than the rest of us

Who says New Year's Eve celebrations are for adults?

The Guelph Public Library held a special event at it's East Side branch on Dec. 31 called Happy Noon Year! that allowed children to have their own little celebration.

They got to make their own party hats before counting down the clock and enjoying balloons that were released from the ceiling, music, dancing and a bubble machine.

Roughly 40 children and their parents attended the fun event.
