The Guelph and District Association of Realtors reports that home sales are up again this month.
There were a total of 220 residential unit sales in the month of November 2019. This marks an increase of 10 per cent from November 2018.
In November 2019:
- 220 residential units were sold
- $571,065 was the average price of homes sold
- 223 new residential listings were posted
To compare, in October 2019:
- 270 residential units were sold
- $560,300 was the average price of homes sold
- 339 new residential listings were posted
To compare, in November 2018:
- 198 residential units were sold
- $532,795 was the average price of homes sold
- 215 new residential listings were posted
