GUELPH AND AREA RIGHT TO LIFE

On Jan. 28, Guelph and Area Right to Life will be hosting an awareness event to highlight the number of abortions that have occurred in Canada. From 7 - 8 p.m., members of the Right to Life association will be gathered in front of Guelph City Hall, with a large number display.
Since 1969, when Canada’s abortion law was first broadened, 3,981,500 abortions have taken place. The goal of this event is to make the community aware of the magnitude of the abortion issue in our country.
Participants will be displaying information including pregnancy help resources. Last year, approximately 50 people gathered for this event, and we look forward to even more this year.
Guelph and Area Right to Life is a local educational organization with a focus on bioethical issues such as abortion and euthanasia/assisted suicide.
