On July 27, 2016 members of the Guelph Police Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant in the north end of the city.
The investigation was a result of a Cyber Tip from the United States of America. During the search of the home, electronic devices were seized.
A 42-year-old Guellph male was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Distribute Child Pornography
- Accessing Child Pornography
He will appear in court on September 13, 2016.
