NEWS RELEASE
GUELPH AND DISTRICT MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL
*************************
The Guelph and District Multicultural Festival is returning in-person to Riverside Park, June 10-12, after two years of cancellations due to COVID-19.

The Guelph and District Multicultural Festival (GDMF) is a free, three-day event at Riverside Park in Guelph. Local craft vendors, performers and food vendors are invited annually to share their passion for art, culture, and cuisine to bring awareness to multiculturalism in the community. The festival is free to allow everyone to immerse themselves in the many tastes, sights, and sounds of the city's diverse population.

GDMF prides itself on its accessibility and inclusivity for all cultures and age groups; the festival has so much to offer everyone. This year's highlights include:

  • Food from Around the World
  • Children's Tent & Youth Activities
  • Cultural Performances
  • Live Music & Dancing
  • Highland Games
  • Crafts and Commercial vendors
  • Midway Amusement Rides
  • Community Networking

GDMF is ecstatic to bring the festival back to Riverside Park after two years of isolation, restrictions, and pivoting to a virtual festival. The festival offers free admission and free on-site parking. We encourage you to get out and experience the world from the comfort of our city for free!

Please save the date and join us June 10-12 at Riverside Park to celebrate the uniqueness the Guelph multicultural community offers.
