If you are relying on Highway 6 at any point overnight you may have to plan another route.
The Ministry of Transportation has announced the on-ramp from Highway 6 North to Highway 401 Eastbound will be closed nightly starting Sunday.
The on-ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The closures are a result of ongoing clean-up efforts to the jet fuel spill that took place last month.
MTO officials tell 570 NEWS that the Ministry of Environment is excavating soil to do soil tests to determine how deep the fuel spilled.
There is no word on how long the closure will last.
