No one injured in head-on collision, say police

Charges may be pending

A head-on collision between two vehicles on in the city's north end has resulted in no injuries, says a police officer at the scene.

The collision occurred shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday on Woolwich Street at Marilyn Drive.

Both vehicles were situated head-on in one of the northbound lanes as police, fire and EMS crews were on scene.

The cause of the collision was still under investigation while GuelphToday was on scene, but an officer said charges may be pending.

Damage was sustained to the front ends of both vehicles and traffic was blocked temporarily on that one lane of Woolwich Street.
