Olivia and Noah were once again the top baby names in Ontario last year.
The provincial government points out that Olivia has now been the most popular name for girls for 12 straight years. Emma was the second most-popular name for girls.
For boys, Noah is in the top spot for the third year in a row. Liam was the second-most popular.
The top 10 names for girls and boys, respectively, in 2021 were:

The provincial government also points out new parents should register their child's birth within 30 days of welcoming their newborn.
