All things organic will be on display and discussed later this month during the Guelph Organic Conference at University of Guelph.

The conference, which runs Jan. 25 to 28 at University Centre, will feature four days of workshops covering a range of topics, from organic crop and livestock production to soil management and weed control organic gardening.

Admission pricing for each workshop is available on the conference web site. Passes are available for workshops on the Saturday and Sunday dates.

The conference's trade show is scheduled on the last two days, Jan. 27 and 28 on three floors at University Centre.

A total of 75 tables will be available for the trade show and will include information, food samples and shopping. Admission to the trade show is free on both days.
