On February 3, 2016 between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., the Guelph Police investigated two shoplifting incidents downtown.

A Macdonell Street business and a Carden Street business both reported a female stealing items from their stores.

She is described as white, 30-40 years of age, approximately 5’4” with a heavy build and dyed red hair in a ponytail.

She was wearing gold shoes, grey jeans and a grey sweater.

She was carrying a red purse and a polka dot bag.
