Roseanne Barr, Louie Anderson, Tom Cochrane all coming to Guelph

All part of River Run Centre's 20th anniversary season

Comedy legend Roseanne Barr highlights the 20th anniversary season of performers coming to the River Run Centre.

Barr was one of several big names announced as part of the River Run's season at an event Wednesday afternoon.

She is scheduled to close out the season on Apr. 27, 2018.

Two other high-profile comedians are also part of this year's GuelphToday Comedy Series: Canada's Mike MacDonald is scheduled to appear on Oct. 20 and Louie Anderson is booked for Feb. 8.

This year's anniversary season kicks off with a show by Canadian country legend Carroll Baker on Oct. 4.

Other musical acts scheduled for this season are Kim Mitchell, Tom Cochrane and Red Rider, The Cowboy Junkies and Gord Bamford.

Other acts include Canada's Ballet Jorgen, A Passage to Bollywood, Tartan Terrors and The Peking Acrobats. The Just For Laughs Road Show also returns.

On the kids' side of things there is B-The Underwater Bubble show and Mini Pop Kids.
