CENTRE WELLINGTON – Past charges relating to a historical sexual assault investigation against a Fergus man have been dropped.
Gordon Bomhof of Fergus was arrested in April 2020 and charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age and forcible confinement.
Guelph’s Ontario Superior Court of Justice confirmed via email all charges have been withdrawn by the crown.
