One staff member at Guelph’s LCBO outlet on Paisley Road tested positive for COVID-19 this week, another was reported on May 26.
LCBO released a statement Monday after being notified of the latest positive case. They stated that the last shift the employee worked in the store was on Friday.
The person who was reported on May 26 last worked on May 23.
The store is currently open.
“The employee is self-isolating at home, and we wish them well,” read the statement from LCBO head office.
“The LCBO has several measures to keep employees and customers safe, including regular cleaning and sanitization and in-store measures that promote physical distancing.”
