Teacher gets pies in the face, but all for a good cause (7 photos)

L'Ecole Edward Johnson Public School teacher Victoria Motto told students she would take some pies to the face if they raised $12,000 at their Jump Rope For Heart event

L'Ecole Edward Johnson Public School teacher Victoria Motto told her students that if they raised $8,000 during its annual Jump Rope for Heart event she would let them tape her to the wall and throw pies at her.

The students responded by raising over $12,000.

Tuesday the student body gathered in the gymnasium as Motto was good to her word.

Students who raised at least $10 got to help tape Motto to the wall of the gymnasium, then the three students that raised the most money were given the opportunity to deliver a pie to the face of the special education resource teacher. Chocolate cream pie, blueberry crumble and what looked like a strawberry/rhubarb pie were mushed into her face.
