Shelldale Family Gateway has been hosting the Winter Warm-up Fundraiser for over eight years as a community event, however, this year because of COVID-19 the event went virtual for the very first time. St. Patrick’s Day was the chosen theme this year in hopes of engaging the greater community, which in turn would spread the word and showcase the amazing things happening at Shelldale Family Gateway.
We are happy to say that the event was a grand success, and we raised a net of over $7,400 for our youth and community programs as well as gaining some new friends and supporters!
Our Hat Decorating experience for the little ticks and teens was a welcomed addition to the event! Check our website www.shelldale.ca to see the terrific decorations hand made from the community.
