Remembrance Day ceremony (Rockwood)

Main St. S. at Guelph St., 10:55 a.m.

A special Remembrance Day ceremony will be held at the Rockwood cenotaph.

Chomp Down Competition

Sleeman Centre; 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Part one of a two-day cheer competition hosted by Cheer Sport Sharks.

Workside Handmade Market and Bake Sale

Workside Early Childhood Education Centre; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Grab a little treat and do some holiday shopping.

A Game of Inches, presented by the Guelph Royal City Lions Club

A quirky love letter to baseball fandom and misfits of all stripes, written by Linda Griffiths in collaboration with Sandra Balcovske.

The Book Bash Festival

Guelph Farmers Market, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Explore books published by Wellington County authors. Authors, local publishers and literary organizations will be there.

Wonderful Winter Market

9 Woodlawn Rd E., 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Get all your local holiday shopping done early. 

Chomp Down Competition

Sleeman Centre; 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Part two of the cheerleading event returns to the Sleeman Centre.
