Guelph Gryphons' Andrew D'Agostini was named the OUA West Division goaltender of the year Thursday.
He was joined on the first all-star team by teammate Nick Trecapelli.
D'Agostini's 2.34 goals against average was second-best in the division while his .927 save percentage ranked third. He started 23 of his team's 28 games during the regular season. The former Peterborough Pete is expected to pursue a professional career following this season but will first look to extend his CIS playing career with a win on Saturday over Carleton in the OUA Bronze medal game.
Team Captain Trecapelli, a Guelph native, had 23 points in 27 games
