The University of Guelph women's team took gold and the men silver at the OUA track and field championships on the weekend in Windsor.
The Gryph teams combined to win six gold, 12 silver and nine bonze.
For the women it was their third OUA crown in the past four years and they had to beat the top-ranked University of Toronto to do it. The defending OUA champion Gryphon men finished second to Windsor.
Guelph's gold medal haul included new team record's by Sean Cate (men's high jump) and Jared Skeath (men's weight throw).
Other Gryphon golds at the meet came from Katrina Allison (3000m), Jackson Cheung (60m hurdles), Christian Gravel (1500m) and Leah Robinson (Ambulatory 60m).
The Gryphons will be back in action in two weeks at the CIS Track and Field Championships at York University.
