ERIE, PA — The Guelph Storm managed just 14 shots on net Saturday night as they lost for the second night in a row, falling 4-1 to the Erie Otters.

It was a 1-0 game for Erie after 20 minutes on a goal by Austen Swankler.

A Ty Collins power play goal late in the second period, assisted by Jacob Roach and Pavel Gogolev, tied the game, but the home side restored the lead 40 seconds later on another goal by Swankler.

Emmett Sproule and Chad Yetman added third period goals.

Owen Bennett allowed all four Erie goals on 27 shots.

Michael Bianconi, acquired earlier in the day in a trade that sent Owen Lalonde to the Flint Firebirds, played for Guelph.

The Storm has its first three-in-three next weekend with a home game Friday against Erie, a game in St. Catharines Saturday against the Niagara IceDogs and a home game Sunday versus the Sudbury Wolves.
