$130,000 worth of tires and rims stolen from Wellington North business

WELLINGTON NORTH – Wellington County OPP are investigating the theft of an estimated $130,000 worth of tires and rims from a business in Wellington North over the weekend.

Police say from Friday to Monday unknown parties accessed a secured compound and removed an estimated $130,000 in tires and rims from vehicles.

The exact business was not identified.

OPP continue to investigate and are asking anyone in the area who has surveillance or dashcam footage to contact investigators at 1-888-310-1122. Police are also looking to identify the operator of a white cube that was in the area during the time of the theft.
