On Jan. 7, 2019 at approximately 4:40 p.m., Guelph Police were called to an apartment complex on Normandy Drive about a male who was (allegedly) banging on doors and urinating on the hallway floor.
Before police arrived, the male had (allegedly) punched a female several times in the face and spat on her. Other tenants of the building confronted the male and restrained him until police arrived. The female victim did not require medical attention.
As a result, Dylan Myers, an 18-year-old Guelph male was charged with two counts of assault, and mischief under $5,000.
Myers is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22, 2019.
