Police are investigating after 20 mailboxes at a downtown apartment building were broken into.
The building owner contacted police Tuesday. Two parties were caught on surveillance video entering the building approximately 7:30 a.m. Dec. 19. They used a pry bar to damage the mailboxes, stealing several pieces of mail and causing at least $2,000 in damage.
The incident remains under investigation.
