$2,000 in lottery tickets stolen from south end business

Thousands of dollars in lotto tickets were stolen during a break and enter at a south end business on Friday, say Guelph police.

Just after 8 a.m. officers were dispatched to a business near Harvard Road and Gordon Street and found the glass front door smashed. The business owner attended and confirmed approximately $2,000 worth of lottery tickets were missing.

The incident remains under investigation.
