On July 9, 2021 at approximately 4:45 a.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a sexual assault that just occurred in a vehicle on Wellington Road 29 in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
As a result, Abdul Waheed Najem, 51-years-old of Belwood has been charged with Sexual Assault contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on Sept. 3, 2021 to answer to the charge.
