On March 12, 2020 at 3:04 p.m., a member of the public notified the Guelph Police Service regarding a possible impaired male driver in a commercial parking lot located near the intersection of Woodlawn Road West and Nicklin Road in the City of Guelph.
At 3:08 p.m., police located the male in the parking lot and began speaking with him. Police soon formed grounds that he was impaired by drug and he was subsequently arrested.
A 38-year-old Guelph male has been charged with impaired operation of a conveyance.
He will appear in court on March 31.
