On Sept. 29, 2017 a public safety warning was issued regard 24-year-old Kevin Stapleford-Francalanza and 22-year-old Rachel Hayden who were wanted in multiple jurisdictions as a result of an extended crime spree.
We wish to report that it has been confirmed that the two are now in police custody after being captured over the weekend by the York Regional Police Service.
